Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://bergerroadsideandtowing.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Berger Roadside and towing reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Berger Roadside and towing markets and arranges Towing Service, Roadside Assistance, Car Towing, Vehicle Towing, Jump Start Service, Car Jump Start, Lockout Service, Car Lockout Service. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Berger Roadside and towing and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. Berger Roadside and towing reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Berger Roadside and towing makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Damages. Berger Roadside and towing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Berger Roadside and towing from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
